Digital Representation
Colors, textures, and details may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. Digital images are for general viewing only. When ordering prints, we use high-resolution digital images that look even better than what you see on your monitor.
Use of Artwork
No artwork or images may be downloaded, copied, printed, or altered without written permission.
Commissioned Artwork
When you commission artwork from Cindy Lieberman / LarkCreative.art (Lark Marketing LLC), you’re inviting me to create a custom piece based on the photos, stories, and details you choose to share. I treat every commission with care and respect, and I use your reference materials only for the purpose of creating your artwork. By providing photographs or other reference materials, you confirm that you have permission to share them and that they belong to you or are used with the owner’s consent. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Lark Marketing LLC retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork. This simply means I remain the legal creator of the work, while you receive a personal license to own, display, and enjoy the physical artwork in your home or personal space, or to gift to others. I may share commissioned artwork in my portfolio, on the Site, or in marketing materials. If you prefer your piece to remain private, just let me know.
