My Story

Lark Creative started at the urging of friends and family to share my art and photography with more people. My colorful work in various media speaks to my interest in capturing our multifaceted world through multiple lenses, from unique PhotoSymmetries to collages and paintings. By exploring new ways of seeing what is around us, I hope to have a positive impact in the world. A life-long art lover, photographer, designer, and dabbler, I am now a full-time artist enjoying every minute!

It’s a Process

My original art reflects a boundless curiosity and passion for creating something new from existing materials. I find beauty and purpose in upcycling and transforming what might otherwise be discounted, deleted, or discarded. I’ll use an old greeting card or flier to lift a monoprint, then tear it into strips for my pet portraits and collage paintings. Product packaging and magazines are scoured and sorted by color. Photographs are cropped and rearranged into mesmerizing digital images. Reuse generates new ways of seeing the world.
